Today I am technically 39 weeks pregnant, although my OB moved my due date to tomorrow. I am pretty confident that my original due date of June 3rd is much more accurate (they only changed it based off of the baby's size in both of my ultrasounds). I can assure you that I will most likely not go into labor tonight. I had an appointment yesterday and my cervix is still closed and I am carrying very high just like I did with Addy. I am still not in any hurry. I feel really good and still have lots of energy. I'm still able to exercise almost everyday and do lots of yoga. I can sleep well most nights and I definitely feel like I am in better shape than I was with Addy. I have gained 35 lbs thus far (a few more lbs than I did with Addy & I also started this pregnancy a few lbs heavier). I'm hoping I don't have to lose 40 by the time it's all said and done!
At my appointment yesterday, they were concerned that my blood pressure went up almost 25 points in a week, but it was still good (120/82). They were also concerned that I had lots of protein and blood in my urine so I had to do a 24 hour urine sample. I have no swelling, and I've been carefully monitoring a high protein diet for months to avoid toxemia. I go back on Friday to get the results. I am really hoping that nothing is wrong and I can continue to wait to go into labor. Jeff and I have been preparing for months now for a natural childbirth and are really hoping that spontaneous labor happens. I am scheduled for a C-section on June 10th in case I don't go into labor before then. Please keep us in your prayers for a healthy baby, and speedy labor. I will post another picture of my full term belly. I know I've been bad about it, but I assure you it looks very similar to my Addy baby body!! There is very little difference.

i hope you get to have natural childbirth this time to experience it all! i did it both ways and either way as long as they come out healthy it is a blessing!
Yeah!!! I'm so excited for you! I hope it goes the way you want it to but don't be too hard on yourself if things don't go perfectly. The only thing that matters is a healthy baby and mama!! We LOVE you all and miss you so much - can't wait to see pictures of your little boy!
lots of prayers for you from us! having had both pre-eclampsia and post-partum eclampsia I can tell you its not desirable, but its not the end of the world either--doesnt sound like it to me though, seeing that your bp is still in a good range and you dont have swelling.
We are so excited to see this handsome boyyyyy!!! lots of love!

Wait. Did you just say you're going to have more time AFTER the baby is here? :)
Good luck with your delivery. It's going to be great!
