Here is how our little Valentine started her day: opening up her loot! I love to do packages and presents for Valentine's day. Luke was still asleep while Addy opened. Mondays are kind of crazy for us since I have to be out of the house by 8 to teach a few classes. Considering both of the kids usually don't wake up until after 8, Addy did pretty well waking up early to check out her stuff!
Her favorite book! We borrowed from the library for awhile and had to return it, so she has her own copy now!
We were very busy this weekend. Lots of baking! I am in charge of bringing the treats for the preschool V-day party tomorrow so we made these yummy sugar cookies. I have finally tweeked the perfect recipe for sugar cookies and royal icing-- they are DELICIOUS!!
