Addy's Easter Party

Addy had an Easter tea party last year, and asked if we could do one again this year. I've been feeling a little partied out, but decided at the last minute to put one together. We had a day of perfect weather! The kids enjoyed lunch outside in the front yard, a craft out on the back deck, and an Easter Egg Hunt. Oh, and we can't forget about cake. Because it's not a party without cake or cupcakes!

Here are all of the kids with their buckets of loot. I told them to line up so I can serve cake (but I took a picture first)
Addy and Grace being silly with their buckets
Zachary and Graydon on their hunt for eggs. Zachary found the prize egg and won a giant bubble wand!
Grandpa keeping the kids entertained with the dancing bunny
Cake, cookies, and lemonade!
Yummy yummy carrot cake. I decided to practice a 3 layer cake to see if I want to try it for Luke's birthday. It was soooo good! Becky's famous recipe :)
Sugar cookies
I just love these tags
Lunch "pails". I put all of the lunches in pails for the kids with their initial on them. They used the buckets for EAster egg hunting too!
