I've been tagged, I'm supposed to write 6 things about myself and tag 6 others. Everyone I know with a blog has been tagged, so Becky you are the only person I am tagging. Here are a few things that some of you know or maybe you don't.
1. I love baseball. Most of you know this, but I am an avid Oakland A’s fan. I get very addicted to baseball from April-October. Jeff and I watch at least 1 game almost everyday. I am also obsessed with fantasy baseball, and I have been playing for 7 seasons now. This can cause for some heated debates between the 2 of us and Jeff thinks I am sometimes annoying during baseball season. Plus, he is a Yankees fan and I absolutely HATE THE YANKEES!!!
2.Which brings me to my next point, I am competitive (and stubborn). I hate to lose and I hate to be wrong. It is an ugly side to my personality that I don’t really like. If we are playing a game, I love to win. This explains why I get obsessed with fantasy baseball. Good thing I don’t play fantasy football or anything else. I have been occasionally accused of cheating—Oh the horror! The bad thing is, I am usually legitimately good at games and my family always accuses me of cheating when I actually win fairly!
3. I love to run and do yoga. I also love weightlifting, but haven’t done it as much lately because it tends to make me look bulky rather than toned. I have been working hard to get back into running shape, and I am making progress. After knee surgery, pregnancy, c-section, etc. I was a little off track! Yoga was my favorite exercise when I was pregnant, and I also taught yoga in Iraq.
4. I used to be a vegetarian. This is just funny. No reason why, I just decided that I wasn’t going to eat meat when I was a teenager. My girlfriend was a vegetarian, and I woke up one day and decided I wasn’t going to eat meat. It lasted for about 4 years! I think it’s funny now. Especially since my favorite meal is a filet mignon. How times have changed!
5. I LOVE CHOCOLATE!! I have been known to eat it after every meal. Jeff even has a funny story in which he says I lied to him for chocolate. I find the story to be slightly exaggerated, but he loves telling it so I let him roll with it. Chocolate cake is my favorite dessert.
6. I am cheap. This can be good or bad. Jeff calls me a cheap snob because I am cheap with expensive taste. I always think about money and apply it to everything! For example, I have a certain amount of money I spend on groceries every week. Most of the food I buy is a little more expensive because I get organic meat and dairy. I’ll make sure that nothing in our refrigerator goes bad or that every bite of leftovers is eaten! I hate to be wasteful. I also calculate how much money I spend on clothes. If I buy an expensive pair of jeans, I’ll make sure I wear them all the time. My mind calculates how much money I am spending every time I put them on (i.e. $150 pair of jeans—I better wear them at least 300 time so it is 50 cents every time I wear them). So silly and ridiculous but I can’t help but think that way! This also explains why we worked at Pottery Barn—to furnish our home at a 40% discount!

Amy, Mom and I loved your blog "Ive been tagged". But I feel compelled to comment since Father Knows Best.
1. You love baseball and the Oakland A's because you were brought up right.
2. You do cheat.
3. You taught yoga to Iraqi's?
4. The irony of you being a vegetarian was that you worked at a place called "Hotdog On A Stick" while you were in high school. Oh well, I guess it could be worse, you could have worked at a butcher shop.
5. Blame your mother for your chocolate addiction.
6.Cheap??!! You were never cheap with my money!!
